1. Setup

First, integrate YellowAnt with your Slack account and Gmail account.

Next, set up event workflows to push your incoming mail to the right channel:

Since our actions are triggered by an incoming email, select Gmail, then New Mail.

You can organize your Workflows in different collections

It’s now time to program your YellowAnt to sort incoming emails. Select function “ifelse”

Apply the if-else function at the click of a button

As a sample, we’ll train YellowAnt to send all emails with the keyword “Demo” in the subject to the #leads channel, “Complain” to #customer_queries, “Application” to #job_applications.

Apply the relevant conditions in your workflows. Use Dynamic inputs and Drop-down lists to make your work really simple

When you are done, your workflows will be summarized by YellowAnt. You can edit the name of your workflows here.
